Mechanical Table Drive System:
This consists of 3 PH Electrical motor and two numbers of Nisson
Automobile gear boxes. It provides 25 stepped table speeds in plano
milling mode, ranged from 30mm/mm to 600mm/min. The output of the table
drive unit is connected to the main drive shaft the planing through a
chain and sprocket mechanism. The table drive unit will be supplied
complete assembly and sped chart etc.Features:
- Spindle and quill housing are hardened and ground finished to high accuracy for smooth running.
- All gears are hardened and ground to din standards.
- Plano milling head design is confirmed to the customer satisfaction.
- Provision of coarse and fine feed with 0.02mm graduation.
- The old Machine's efficiency is increased drastically.
- Accommodates specific angular milling applications.
- Change of the Table Speed from high to very low, reduces
maintenance, breakdown and wear and tear. The entire cutting load is
taken by Plano Milling Head.
- Gear Box is having independent lubrication system.
- Small investment will increase machine efficiency by 10 to 12 times without additional man power and space.
