Side Milling Attachment:
Side Milling Attachment virtually adds side milling capabilities
to the vertical milling head. Side Milling Attachment mounted on
milling head, with the help of flange "T" slot and graduation collar +-
360 degree, enables side milling attachment to swivel +- 360 degree. It
receives drive through tenon and an adapter. The Side Milling
Attachment consists of a pair of spiral bevel gears, case hardened and
lapped.Features:
- Spindle and quill housing are hardened and ground finished to high accuracy for smooth running.
- All gears are hardened and ground to din standards.
- Planomilling head design is confirmed to the customer satisfaction.
- Provision of coarse and fine feed with 0.02mm graduation.
- The old Machine's efficiency is increased drastically.
- Accommodates specific angular milling applications.
- Change of the Table Speed from high to very low, reduces
maintenance, breakdown and wear and tear. The entire cutting load is
taken by Plano Milling Head.
- Gear Box is having independent lubrication system.
