Dual Spindle Drilling Head:
We are manufacturers of special purpose machines (SPM's). Plano
milling conversion, Milling Head, Drilling Head, Different type soft
Jigs and Fixtures, Back Spot facing tool, Deburring and Chamfering
tools. We have highly skilled engineering back ground in various fields
like, Design, Production and Servicing teams and we have in house
manufacturing facility. We have made Multi-Spindle Drilling Machine for
making Drilling in Railway Track plates for one of our customers. In
this Machine at a time we can do 4 Drilling to the 4 identical samples
upto Drilling size of Dia. 27mm. In this construction background having
good fabricated base and two rigid vertical fabricated columns and also
having a Hardened Guide ways fixed on both the columns. Drilling Head's
are placed on the guide ways. The Right side Head is fixed and left
side is adjustable. When operation starts both the drilling heads a are
moving down with cutting speed and feed to its pre programmed time.
This Machine is having Electrical controller with operating pendant.
Coolant pump is separately placed in a left side of the machine. This
machine is having a job fixing fixture with locating pin. This fixture
gives good and accurate location to the work place and consuming
operator time.
