Control Electrical Table Feed System:
This consists of a worm reduction gear box, 3PH/5PH Motor and
Frequency Converter, Control Panel and Pendant. It enables the table to
move from 30mm/min to 900mm/min in step less range in plano milling
mode. The unit is complete with all required cables, output fittings,
chain and sprocket etc. Required controls for For / Rev / Stop Rapid /
Feed selectors for table feed and similar Start / Stop and For / Rev
selector for spindle motor will be provided. The Spindle RPM and table
feed-rate will be adjustable easily using the potentio-meter provided
on the pendant of the machine. Also calibrated voltmeters having the
spindle and table feed rate will be provided on the pendant. Controls
for selection of planer or plano-milling mode will also be provided.
All necessary interlocks and required sensors / limit switches etc.
will be provided. This includes interlock for operation of planer motor
only when clutch of Palno-milling is positively disengaged. Table
stroke limits, Spindle rotation-table feed interlocks et.c Complete
required cabling material like cables, hoses, connector's etc for
cabling from panel to pendant, motors, limit switches, clutch etc.,
need to be provided.Features:
